Electronic Security and Surveillance
Security equipment in a branch setting is intended to accomplish four goals:
- Keep the people inside the branch, both customers and employees, safe and secure
- Provide a deterrent against theft, both from internal and external sources
- Keep a record of what’s happening at the branch
- Maintain control of the cash, information, and assets of the branch
Deciding how to implement an alarm,
access control,
entrance control, and surveillance
system requires selecting the right products for the right application, and then making
sure the equipment operates as intended. With IP cameras, covert cameras, text inserters, and hundreds of DVR and alarm brands available, the number of options can be daunting.
PostBrowning takes the guess work out of these decisions. With our carefully selected
vendors, well trained technicians, and experienced Account Managers, we design systems
that include the equipment, management systems, and service data to keep your branches secure.
PostBrowning provides CCTV equipment from March Networks, Honeywell, Dedicated Micros
(and others, though those three products meet the vast majority of our clients security needs.
In addition, all three offer the management tools, scalability, and alarm integrations that
set them apart from the competition.
With alarm systems, PostBrowning provides American made DMP as well as Guardall
and Ademco. Again, these lines represent best in class alarm features and functionality, including access control.
Finally, some high risk locations require another layer of security, and that’s where
Hamilton Safe’s Entrance Control System is an option. With two bullet resistant
chambers, magnetic locks, and a metal detector, the ECS acts as a barrier to weapon entry
into the branch but more importantly as a deterrent to any would be thieves. If you staff
your branch with an armed guard, an ECS system can often pay for itself within two years.
